I love Peter O'Toole on that poster. Especially since he seems to be leering at her, which would be appropriate...
I've seen that pic before identified as her and it certainly appears to be her.
Yes, that is Brinke Stevens. She won a costume contest dressed as Vampi at the San Diego Comicon when she was 18 or 19.
That is the best Vampi costume I've ever seen, certainly better than the one in the movie. You know, the one we all pretend doesn't exist, lol.
